Is every bit as gay as the name might suggest. However, it's still a great ab workout. while jg and i waited for the class to start i did a couple chest exercises which is barely worth mentioning, but i guess it's too late for that.
i just finished a 10 miler in the backyard where i found that my treadmill only goes to 99.59 minutes. =(
phil, janelle, na - sorry for bailing on tomorrow's run, i just really wanted to sleep in tomorrow.

YOU'RE RIGHT! There was another tubbier guy but I know the one that you're talking about. More of like a Mexican Carev though...perhaps a Carevo?
