Jg bought me some rogue rings for Xmas. I kinda knew they were coming b/c i was able to read beily's reaction when i asked if Jg got me rings for xmas...but i was still really surprised and happy when i opened them.
told rene that i'd post my first ever attempt, pass or fail, at a muscle up and here it is. (spoiler alert - fail)
